If you've been following my adventure on Instagram (@friendinfashion), you would have seen my last week being largely dictated by one of my favourite events on the fashion calendar... MBFWA - Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia.

For the second year, I had the pleasure of joining the Maybelline glam squad who masterfully took care of both makeup and hair each day, as well as provide me with exclusive back-stage access to see all of the runway looks first hand, created by Mr Maybelline, makeup director, Nigel Stanislaus.

Kicking off Day 1 of MBFWA, with my favourite Australian Aussie designer, Dion Lee, I opted for classic monochrome with key pops of red.
