I firmly believe there are times in life, when you need to switch off, regroup and recharge, and home for me is where I can do this best.

When I'm travelling, I'm often away for months at a time and my sleep is the first thing that is disrupted. 

Now that I'm home grounded for a while, I'm embarking on a mission to improve my poor sleeping habits in an attempt to improve my overall health and wellbeing.

For the next six weeks, I'm taking on the A.H. Beard 6 Week Sleep Challenge, and I invite you to do the same.

Essentially, the challenge (in consultation with leading sleep scientists) is a free health and well-being improvement program that delivers customised sleep advice based on the type of sleeper you are.

By taking the challenge and regulating my sleep, I hope to be able to improve my overall memory, and energy levels, reduce stress and generally benefit from better all round health. I look forward to sharing my progress with you.
