BLESSED ARE THE MEEK

For my last guest post for SurfStitch, I couldn't resist styling this buttery soft Blessed are the Meek leather skirt.

Generally, I love to wear lots of colour, but as soon as I slipped this statement skirt on, I felt like mixing things up a bit, channelling a head-to-toe neutral look.

In other news, it isn't long now until my birthday celebrations, which means the search is on for the perfect party dress. At the moment, Zimmermann and Alice McCall are at the top of my wish list.

As always, tweet, instagram or facebook any suggestions you might have - I'd love to see them.

DRESSING UP BASICS

My summer-wardrobe always seems to be filled with two things - bold and colourful sundresses, and denim shorts, so when I came across these frayed Insight shorts (also seen here), I couldn't resist adding another pair to my growing pile.

For my latest guest style post for SurfStitch, I decided to dress up these shorts and tank, with key statement accessories. Once again, my gorgeous Fiel Sol necklace completes the look perfectly.

Last week, I also sat down with SurfStitch and had a chat about my fashion and travels - you can check out the full interview here.

I’m excited to announce that I will be guest blogging for online retailer SurfSitch’s fashion blog, This&That.

Over the next couple of weeks, I'll be sharing some of my SurfStitch favourites in a series of style posts. This Tigerlily maxi dress, with retro print and knee-high splits is the first of my SurfStitch summer must-haves.

This stunning maxi dress falls beautifully and works just as well dressed up as it does dressed down with a cute pair of summer sandals.

The perfect day to night dress. Next I'll be sharing with you the perfect denim shorts
