MBFWA WRAP UP

Four days, four new outfits…welcome to my MBFWA.
Last week, I had the pleasure of attending MBFWA! Here is a wrap up of my fashion week wardrobe.

DAY 1 - STRIPE ON STRIPE
To kick off fashion week, I opted for a bold and colourful look. I took these incredible striped separates from Aussie label MacGraw and complimented them with key bold accessories. This green Furla clutch and a pop of lip colour with my new beauty must have Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Shine in 'Surreal Sun'.

DAY 2 - ALL BLUE EVERYTHING
Back in colour for day two but this time I stuck to some OTT baby blue. To break up the block colour, I opted for my favourite Givenchy floral clutch, nude sandals and a soft pink lip created with Envy Shine in 'Charmed'.

DAY 3 - 70s REVIVAL

It's all about 70s style on the runway and street style is no exception. For day three, I managed to track down these incredible Shakuhachi flares (my new wardrobe staple) as my outfit starting point. I completed my inner-70s-child by layering some more stripes, these electric blue shades and of course a strong bold lip colour - this time my choice was Envy Shine in 'Empowered'.

DAY 4 - CROP IT
For my final fashion week outfit - I thought I'd have a bit of fun contrasting prints and patterns. I love to mix, match and clash! So I styled this Clover Canyon neo-prene crop, with this stripe skort. I decided to keep my accessories to a minimum for this look, with Classic Chanel and a nude lip (Envy Shine - 'Discreet') for the perfect finishing touches.

And there you have it - my fashion week wardrobe all wrapped up!
Which was your favourite look?

VIETNAM TRAVEL DIARY | PART II

Vietnam really is a magnificent country...

A few years ago, I had the opportunity to live and work in the North of Vietnam, in Hanoi, which was such a unique and eye opening experience.

At the end of last year, I had the opportunity to revisit Vietnam, with Contiki as a part of their Vietnam Highlights package.

SEE PART ONE OF MY VIETNAM TRAVEL DIARY HERE

On the second half of the tour I was able to explore more of the South of Vietnam, from Hoi An, to Hue.

An absolute highlight of the trip was my first visit to the beautiful and historic city of Hoi An.

Hoi An was so different to other parts of Vietnam I had experienced. It felt untouched and I loved the history weaved through the town's architecture, food and shopping. Hoi An, truly is a melting pot of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese culture.

The best way to get around is definitely by cycle, and a stroll through the markets after dark is a must. You will be treated to the most beautifully overwhelming display of colourful lanterns.

If you get the chance, a visit to Vietnam is a must. A country so vast and diverse, there is definitely something for everyone.

WHAT TO WEAR TO THE POLO

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the Polo as a guest of Tempus Two Wines...

Before an event, I ensure that I have two or three outfit options lined up, and then the morning of, I make my final decision.

My choice for the Polo this year, was an all white ensemble, which to me, sums up what the Polo is all about - elegance.

Together with my other half, we enjoyed a lovely event, sipping on Tempus Two bubbles and indulging in an absolutely delicious feast of local produce.

I'm told by people who ought to know, the actual polo match, too was a treat.

I'm wearing: Misha Collection dress, My Red Lippy hat, MNO.logie clutch, Tibi blazer
