FRIEND IN FASHION X KACHEL AW/15
A short while ago, I had the pleasure of featuring as the face of Melbourne brand, Kachel for their Autumn Winter collection.
Synonymous for exclusive prints and beautiful fabrics, Kachel is a gorgeous, wearable brand is both modern and timeless in its appeal.
This is my favourite piece from their new collection - this gorgeous contrast knit.

DERBY DAY
Strictly black and white, today is Derby Day in Melbourne.
I write this jet-lagged from a hotel in Hong Kong, where my flight schedule sadly hasn't afforded me the opportunity to return to Melbourne in time to celebrate this always fashionable event.
To me, races is all about keeping true to your style, but with that little extra something. I'm beyond thrilled to have had the opportunity to have teamed up with my favourite, The Outnet, and to share with you my Derby Day fashion.
It's all about classic shillouetes, with a modern twist.
Not normally a body-con fan, this Hervé Léger had definitely changed my stance - the scallop detailing and mini-length is the perfect statement white ensemble for the brave, and this Simone Rocha ball gown, truly is what dreams are made of.
With such statement fashion, I've opted for more subdued head-wear. This Lady of Leisure lace crown adds the perfect touch of elegance, and an embellished hair pin from my friends at Fiel Sol, along with a little netting creates a more dramatic look.
Given that I will be only celebrating Derby Day in spirit only, I think I definitely have the perfect opportunity to whip out one of these looks for Melbourne Cup on Tuesday, which I definitely will be in town to celebrate.
Which look is your favourite?

Back to basics - the style of dressing I feel most comfortable in.
A great pair of jeans, a classic stripe and of course the perfect coat.
I've always get so many compliments on this coat, which I got a couple of years ago now from [HERE] but sadly this style is long gone.
My hunt for the next statement coat continues.
STREET STYLE | JOSH GOOT

Josh Goot bustier | Viktoria + Woods Coat | Cameo pants |
Being petit, I have great difficulty finding bustier-style tops which fit me well, so when I tried this Josh Goot style (which fit like a glove), I had to have one in white, as well as black.
I love the form and structure of this top, it works so well with trousers, a pencil skirt or even as a way of dressing up my favourite denim.

I've luckily enjoyed many trips to Asia - Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan, as well as living in Vietnam for part of 2010, but surprisingly (especially to most Aussies), I've never visited Bali.
I'm really looking forward to checking out a new city, meeting some locals, savouring delicious Indonesian cuisine, and of course the shopping!
Of course, I welcome any tips, must sees/dos.
